Training Sessions
Interwest offers a one (1) day Automotive Window Film training class.
Hands-on installation training includes film properties, film selection, and hands-on installation training, including prepping, solutions, mixture ratios, trimming, and hand cutting. The training heat forming, and final inspection.
Educational training information and marketing material will be provided to each student. Students will leave with the fundamentals of basic installation and a solid foundation to build upon. The training fee includes a practice film, practice installation tools, and lunches during the training period.
Training Fee:
$550/person with a $200 registration fee to secure a spot.
$350 balance to be paid in full prior to the training class.
Interwest offers a three (3) day comprehensive Automotive Window Film training class, broken down into 20% classroom activity and 80% hands-on installation training.
Hands-on installation training includes prepping, solutions, mixture ratios, trimming, and hand cutting. The training includes pre-cut kits, heat forming, and final inspection. During the classroom activity, the instructor will educate students on film construction, film selection, plotters and cutting software, and how to effectively utilize the marketing materials.

Students will leave with the fundamentals of basic installation and a solid foundation to build upon. After demonstrating proficiency in installation and passing a written test, the successful trainee graduates with factory certification. The training fee includes practice film, practice installation tools, and lunches during the training period.

Hands-on installation training includes prepping, solutions, mixture ratios, and basic installation. The instructor will teach students about film construction, film selection, and how to effectively utilize the marketing materials.
Students will leave with the fundamentals of basic installation and a solid foundation to build upon. The training fee includes practice film, practice installation tools, and lunches during the training period.

During the classroom activity, the instructor will educate students on film construction, film selection, the 3M Pattern and Solutions Center Software program (for precutting vehicle patterns), and how to effectively utilize the marketing materials.
Graphtec Plotter set-up and operation will also be covered, and a wide selection of additional tools will be available for purchase during the training class. Students will leave with the fundamentals of basic installation and a good foundation to build upon. After demonstrating proficiency in installation and passing a written test, the successful trainee graduates with factory certification. The training fee includes practice film, practice installation tools, and lunches during the training period.

The training includes how to install 3M Wrap Film Series 2080, PWF, and 3M Knifeless Tapes. Students will leave with the fundamentals of basic installation and a solid foundation to build upon.
